- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
- Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Sunburst Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. International Shipping
Currently, international shipping is available only for selected products and destinations. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
